Description

Porsche This 40,000-volt ignition coil benefits virtually any distributor types of inductive system. The higher voltage allows larger spark plug gaps for added power, smoother response and better fuel economy. These coils are internally resisted so they are compatible with many ignition systems. 1.5 Ohm version is used on racing cars, and 3.0 Ohm version is for use on 4- and 6-cylinder vehicles.

NOTE: The 3.0-ohm Flame-Thrower coil has too much resistance to work with a spark box. Please check the primary resistance of your current coil and match it up to the Flame-Thrower.
