TK11459 AAM Rear Pinion Flange for 2013-up Ram 3500 with AAM 11.5 and 11.8″ Leaf Spring Rear Axles using a 4.3″* Outside Diameter Pinion Seal. This genuine original equipment American Axle Manufacturing Pinion Flange includes a factory installed deflector. TK11459 has a female pilot and it will match up to your non-serrated rear Driveshaft Flange Yoke that has a machined flat mating surface and a male pilot.

**From 2013-2017 Ram 3500 AAM 1150 and 1180 rear axle housings were built with either small or large pinion seal bores. You NEED TO MEASURE THE O.D. and/or ID of your original Pinion Seal to order the correct Pinion Flange!  If your Pinion Seal O.D. is 4.3″ (ID about 2-3/8″), QU50731 is the correct Pinion Flange. If your Pinion Seal O.D. is 4.3″ (ID about 2-11/16″), you will need QU50731 Pinion Flange.
